I had the most therapeutic experience with Dr Lee, Dental Assistant Addy, and team[there was another person who reassured me, but I didn't catch their name].

Backstory I grew up with dental dams, molt mouth openers, bite blockers, and hygienists who did not adequately suction pooling water. Anytime I got a filling it felt like a needle was being inserted into my root whilst I was getting water boarded.

The crew at Your Dental Story, gave me such a comfortable experience. I went in expecting  my childhood experiences but I was instead greeted with so much patience and comfort. They let me go at my own pace, and by the time the procedure started I had no anxiety, my panic completely subsided, there was no pain or discomfort and it healed all this dental phobia I had. I am someone who allowed their dental phobia to result in a need for oral surgery via 2 teeth extractions with the possibility of more.  I consistently shared my anxiety and fear with everyone in the office.  Each time I was met with kindness and reassurance that included continuous verbal checking on my wellbeing and patiently addressing my constant questions.  I sincerely appreciate not only the professionalism demonstrated by this dental team but their authentic exhibitions of sincere kindness in the context of my unwarranted paranoia. If you have dental anxiety or have had a bad experience in the past that made you shy to go to the dentist, this place is for you.
Front desk associates are absolute wizards at scheduling and the energy in the office is always professional.  I cannot recall the name of my hygienist but she was a master at cleaning, I almost fell asleep!!  Ruby did my teeth molds and was  friendly and professional.

UPDATE:  I had to come back and give Thelma a proper shout out. She is the "master " dental hygienist that I mention in my previous review. She is kind, informative and meticulous in her work.
